HELP BILL KEEN REACH HIS GOAL!!
Bill Keen, (ND ’93 and ND/MBA ’99) is on a mission to support and raise $100,000 for Hannah and Friends.
For the past five years, Bill has been participating in IronMan triathlons, a grueling test of endurance and physical strength. This race consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a bike course that spans 112 miles, and a full marathon of 26.2 miles. These events are all performed consecutively and the participants have 17 hours to complete the task.
Bill is training to compete in not just one Ironman competition, but two!! His first will take place in Madison, Wisconsin on Sept 7, 2008 and the second one is being held in Panama City, Florida on November 1, 2008.
The funds that Bill raises will be used for the construction of an indoor swimming and therapy pool on Hannah and Friends Farm.
