Hannah and Friends and The Center for Special Needs Trust Administration, Inc. are pleased to announce their collaboration to enhance the lives of those with special needs in Indiana by establishing the Hannah and Friends Pooled Trust and the Hannah and Friends Community Trust. We have established two pooled special needs trusts so that both first-party and third-party funding can easily be accommodated. In turn, this increases the opportunity to maintain eligibility for public benefit programs such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income for special needs individuals receiving settlement proceeds, inheritances, or funding from family members or other third parties. In all cases, however, both trusts can pay for services and goods that improve the individual’s quality of life and are not covered by public programs. For more information, click here.
